News: InHouse Bank Treasury Transformation project at Accell Group nominated for DACT Treasury Award 2024.

DACT Treasury Award 2024 Nomination !
🚴♂️ Proud that we had the privilege of designing and implementing a tailor-made Treasury solution for Accell Group (PE-owned) during their challenging credit rating downgrade situation.
The company, known for its famous bicycle brands Batavus, Koga, Loekie, Snake, Sparta, Babboe, Ghost, Raleigh and Winora evokes memories for so many of us. Who didn’t grow up riding one of these iconic bicycles?
In just 3 months, this transformation was made possible thanks to the incredible efforts of a dedicated team, shifting from an external notional pooling structure to a fully integrated InHouse Bank, with:
🔹 TMS-initiated Payment-On-Behalf-Of (POBO)
🔹 TMS-initiated non-cash intercompany settlements
🔹 TMS-initiated automated sweeping
🔹 TMS-initiated reporting to multiple ERP systems
Since the existing Treasury Management System (TMS) did not support all these functions out of the box, we collaborated to build custom interfaces and database queries that made this solution a reality.
A huge thanks to the team—delivering on time was critical, and delay was not an option, but together, we achieved it!
...And the result today?
This project is now proudly nominated for DACT Treasury Award 2024 !
