Payment and statement formats, built to pass bank validation
ISO 20022, SWIFT MT, SEPA and local formats. Built into FIS Integrity, tested with your bank, and live without manual workarounds.
Every bank reads the "standard" a little differently. One missing field or a wrong character set, and a payment batch is rejected or a statement fails to load. We build formats that match each bank's exact implementation guide, so files go through first time.

Payment & Statement Formats
Scope:
Format mapping and build in FIS Integrity, bank-specific variants, character set and validation rules, test files with each bank, and reconciliation rules for new statement formats.
Deliverable:
Production-live formats signed off by the bank. Includes mapping documentation and test evidence. Status and rejection handling works, so failed payments are flagged, not missed.
Best for:
Moving from MT to ISO 20022, adding SEPA or new payment types, rolling out direct debits, loading new statement formats from additional banks, or fixing repeated bank rejections.
Track record
30,000+ payments and 50,000+ statement lines run monthly through our interfaces. 300+ data sources connected.
Banks are moving from SWIFT MT to ISO 20022 messages. That means richer, structured data on payments and statements, but also new mappings, new validation rules and new reconciliation logic in your TMS. We plan and run the migration bank by bank, without breaking what runs today.

Can Integrity handle our bank's specific variant?
FAQ
Yes. We build to the bank's own implementation guide, not a generic template.
What about reconciliation when statement formats change?
We update matching rules with the format, so auto-reconciliation rates hold up after the switch.
Rejections, new banks or an ISO 20022 deadline?
A 30-minute call identifies which formats need work and in which order.
